"Susan and Ly were amazing. As someone who speaks broken mandarin, they assisted me in planning my next day’s itinerary and when my apps for ordering food did not work, they used their own to assist me. The facility is nice up until the washroom. The sewage design was not thought out properly. The toilet and shower shares the same pipes so when you used the toilet, the odor comes out of the shower drain. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."

"It was supposed to be great as the hotel is located right inside the Daxing Airport. Convenience, on-site security and the comfort of the hotel room made this hotel a winner. However, I was woken up by some loud machine noise after the midnight, which had disappeared after reporting to the front desk. They sent a couple of staff to investigate and have the problem resolved quickly. Unfortunately, I was not able to get back to sleep 😮‍💨"
