"Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing."

"Nice and interesting hotel at a competitive cost - friendly staff - room was clean and smart but a bit warm and fan/air con didn’t work - breakfast display was good but not special (didn’t have any cooked options though so can’t comment on those) - I would go back but as I say, it didn’t feel as special as it could have done"

"The room we had booked had a rusty bath and so had to move rooms. Unsure as to why the room was booked out in this condition as it was clearly in a poor state. Apart from that the staff were very pleasant and accommodating and it was no trouble changing. "

"The Store is a contemporary luxury hotel in the heart of historic Oxford. The location is central to much of the area's attractions. The hotel's thoughtful design emphasizes a blend of old and new. The lobby and bar area on the ground floor are ideal locations for conversation, drinks, and looking out to old Oxford. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and quiet. The spa and rooftop bar add to the hotel's charms. Loved The Store."
