Lovely and Contemporary Pool Villa (4 to 6 Bedrooms) accommodates up to 10-12 people.

Hurricane proof high standards! Full refund in case of any restrictions or force majeure!

Direct access to two-miles white sand beach. Hotel amenities. Children are welcomed! We recommend Beach Villa for multi family with kids or large group stay.
Stunning views modern villa in Exuma sitting right in front of beautiful beach.
Outside patio is furnished with set of sofas and chairs.

Kayaks, SUPs and snorkelling sets are available for our guests.
Sandy wind protected playground with children play set and volley/soccer court is now open exclusively for our guests!
Airport transfer and mid-week cleaning included for stays over 5 nights.
What is provided in the Villa:

Located on the most pristine and beautiful beach in Exumas, consisting of two wings single or two family house for up to 12 guests ( 10 adults+ 2 children) with private courtyard, pool, lounge and BBQ areas. The first floor of EACH wing contains 2 bedrooms each with bathroom en suite and direct access to the pool and courtyard along with an additional family room convertible to an extra 3rd bedroom.
Master suite has a king bed, guest master suite has a queen bed and the extra 3rd bedroom has a queen sized fold out sleeper sofa.
The 2nd floor of each wing consists of a complete modern kitchen, half bath and an expansive living and entertainment room with an 240 sf covered outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean.

A True Paradise!
Casa del Mar is a picture perfect vacation paradise! We stayed in villas I and II and they did not disappoint. The sweeping views of the water, the beautiful pool area, and the home furnishings were just a few of the highlights. Darron was an incredible property manager. He took care of some small issues so promptly and allowed us to come in the house and change before it was technically ready for us. We will be returning for sure.

Beautiful Property,but rundown. Needs work and fixing.Had cold water all week! Cold showers 5 out of seven nights.Texting manager and was told she would take care of it never did! Air conditioner in one room wasn’t working.Many other things went wrong.Too many to list. Would Never go back. Beach was gorgeous Have rented many Villas all over Caribbean,this was the Worst one! Very stressful week

Beautiful! No stress!
We went with our daughters for their last high school spring break. We had the two villas separated by the pool. It was a perfect vacation. Gabby was amazing and our private chef Brenda did an awesome job on a special night. I would recommend this place and these people to anyone.

Amazing Villa!
We stayed at Casa Del Mar for 10 days. The owner and property manager are highly efficient in creating comfort, luxury and convenience for their guests. The property has the most amazing ocean view!! The lay out is perfect. I recommend the villa to anyone. We will be returning to Casa Del Mar in the near future. Thank you Gabby and Vladimir for helping make our vacation unforgettable!

Casa Del Mar Villa I - Great Location Property needs some love
We had a wonderful week in Exuma while staying at Casa Del Mar. The house is in a great location on the island and is a really cool layout for big groups- our family had a wonderful time! The owner is quick to respond and helpful while booking, once passed onto the property manager you may find the response time to be longer & extremely limited. She never did come to meet us at check in time, however she did accommodate us for an early check in which we very much appreciated! The property manager sent her assistant, Darron to welcome us, he was AMAZING- helped with all our questions and house needs. The house has several maintenance issues and items needing to be fixed- that we reported to Darron. The house is really cool and has great amenities & space, Exuma is an amazing island & we felt very safe at Casa Del Mar.

Nice quick excess to beach
Our villa was nice, beds needs updated mattress, queen and king. Beach chairs need to be updated brought one to beach was broke tried another side fell off. Pool was freezing 🥶 could not use all week or kids. Bring lot of cash...very expensive island. Beautiful beaches. Sundays no stores open and plan to if if there's another holiday we're everything is closed.

Very Nice Place for large group
Nellie helpful when power surge happened and workers worked on a holiday to get power back to 100%. I would suggest to put a real mattress in the center rooms. Also, Showers weren't HOT. Thankful they were warm. Bugs were extra bad this time of year...80% of us got eaten up. Also suggest to cut down trees in West Wing of Villa 2 so view of ocean could be seen. Overall, we had a great time and lucked out with the weather.

Beautiful property, decent location
The house was perfect, clean, and very well-equipped. We loved the pool, and the views were incredible. The kitchens were amazing, and the space was very comfortable for our party of 9. Esther provided great service, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the beach was so rough the entire week that it was unswimmable, and we could not use the kayaks or paddle boards. We were told this level of surf was abnormal, but many other beaches on the island were calm and perfect. If you're looking for very calm waters, you may want to consider a different location. We took day trips to other beaches, which worked well, but it was a little disappointing not to be able to use the beach right at the house.

Overall the house was wonderful. Great location. Nice layout, especially for 2 families. A couple minor issues with an AC unit. Wasn’t one in any of the bedrooms so it didn’t affect us too much. Also, we couldn’t swim in the pool the first couple days because the filter broke and they were waiting for a replacement. However we were allowed to swim in the villas pool behind ours since there were no guests occupying, so that was nice. You’re on island time and have to be understanding with these issues since most repairs/parts have to be flown in from Nassau. Nothing that wouldn’t keep me from staying again. Would highly recommend!

Paradise Villas
Casa Del Mar was wonderful! We had two families renting out Villa 2 and it was the perfect set up. We each had separate buildings for each family but were able to gather by the shared pool and outdoor kitchen/grill. The Villa was very nicely decorated with clean furnishings and a very well-planned layout. One issue was the internet connection which was spotty but we were okay with that. We also used the kitchen and grill every day as we would recommend packing as much food as you are able to bring because you will not need to leave the premises! We recommend renting a car as there are not many walk-able stores or restaurants. Onike was also very kind and able to accommodate our requests. We had one vendor who cancelled on us last minute (avoid Exuma Water Tours) and Onike was able to provide us with a local boat tour that gladly took our family last minute. We highly recommend Captain Eddie with Aquadisiac!!! Thank you Onike and everyone who made our stay wonderful!

Villa 2
Very close to airport. Takes about 20 minutes to drive into Georgetown for groceries. The set up of the property was great for four couples. Having our own private pool and great ocean views from our balconies was a huge plus! The beach was very private and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Wish the beach chairs were in better shape only a few were usable. Plenty of beach towels available. No table games in either unit. We did bring cards and one game with us. There are frequent power surges. The flashlight in the unit needed new batteries. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area. Had to call the property manager to bring a propane tank. You have to arrange in advance if you want to use the icemaker on the refrigerator. The air conditioner in one unit had to be attended to a few times. The ceiling fan in the upstairs of one unit missing a blade so fan could not be used. Would have been nice to use the fan when air conditioning not working. Some furniture pieces needed to be updated. One of the king beds headboard looked like a cat had scratched it all up. Safe was locked asked property manager few times to unlock for us. Never unlocked. Upon arrival floors were still dirty. There was a mop available. Just needs a little TLC. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The beauty of the islands beaches outweighed everything else!

A great time in Exuma!
Casa del Mar Villa 2 was a beautiful villa that provided for a fun week away. The two villas comfortably fit 9 people (3 being children). The host was very helpful in our questions and answered most of them promptly. The location of the villa and the beach made the stay amazing. Like every rental property there were some down sides. When we arrived the cleaning crew had just left but left behind an overpowering smell of bleach. It was very strong and not great for the baby. Additionally, the sliding glass door on the first villa had a handle missing which made for some fun attempts to get in and out of the door to the pool area. The AC in Villa 1 master bedroom and sitting room did not work. A clue would be entering the rooms and having 4 floor fans at various parts of the rooms. It got quite warm at night. As our stay went on we did notice a lot of the other AC units unable to keep up. The dishwasher in the kitchen leaked all over the floor and when making coffee we found that an old coffee filter was left behind accompanied by flies that flew out of the filter (gross). The villa had directv but it said it needed to renew the subscription. This was not a big deal as we did not turn on the TV but enjoyed the beauty of Exuma. A brief tour or explanation of where things were would have been helpful as we found extra towels the day we left. This would have taken some guesswork out on things and made it a bit easier to navigate the villa. Overall, the villa was clean and nothing could beat the proximity to the pristine beach. Some minor updates with things listed above are needed but it did not put a damper on our vacation.

Paradise in Paradise
We planned a trip to the Exuma's but did not know where to stay. Through some research we came across Vladimir's place and it appeared to be everything that we needed. There were a few reviews and they were glowing so we booked Villas 2 for a week. We received a pre-arrival packet and instruction on how and where to meet along with local info for our stay. While we rented a van for the stay we were offered pick up from the airport. One of the most convenient things was that we were less than 10 minutes from the airport but you would never know it by how quiet it was even when you could see the planes leaving in the distance. The Villas themselves are very new and kept in great shape and for someone who has owned a home on the water in both the Florida Keys and Vero Beach it is a constant maintenance need. We had a group of 12 with 6 adults and 6 teens and we were very comfortable with plenty of privacy. The living area and Kitchen in both sides of the Villa were perfect for cooking which we did a lot of and the dining area was large enough for most of us to eat together. The private pool was great for the kids and the patio area for hanging out along with the gas grill made this area very popular for everyone after a long day at the beach or when we were back from a boat trip. They also had Kayaks and paddle boards that most of us enjoyed at the beach. Having not mentioned then beach would be a crime as this is the main reason we came to the Exumas. I have traveled all over the Caribbean, South America and the Europe and this is by far the most beautiful water period. One of the best things about this Villas is that the beach is right in front of Villa 1 and the Beach house. We enjoyed the beach most days with only a person or 2 and maybe 10 people as far as the eye could see in both directions, just unbelievable. Check-out was easy and we were on our way from a great week and the Villas made the trip for sure. We will be back again I am sure in the coming year.

Property subpar, in a state of disrepair, non responsive property manager and extremely rude and off
1. Property manager did not meet us to show the property. 2.There were not the number of kayaks as advertised, we asked multiple times to rectify this but the property manager was non responsive later explaining that "she was travelling with her baby and had her hands full" 3.There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the mirror lights were broken, 4. The refrigerator's ice maker was broken had to use trays also there were missing shelves and bins. 5. the outside furniture cushions were all ripped so you couldnt sit on them 6. the outside side table had no glass on top so unusable 7. The front upstairs balcony glass on one section was shattered and therefore dangerous. 8. Finally and the worst was the fact that we had a wedding on the beach and reception for family in the villa, with a chef and the villa lost water supply 2 hours before the wedding and it was not restored for 24 hours so imagine the chaos and basically ruined wedding. The property manager as usual was non responsive and the owner blamed it on an island issue. Unfortunately for him I have photographs that his water main/pipe was broken and had nothing to do with an "island issue" When I asked for assistance and response to salvage the wedding and advised that I would address with VRBO as he was not offering a any solution he called me a "blackmailer". So I would like a full refund as this experience was terrible. I have photographs of the actual property and they do not reflect those advertised by VRBO.
