"We have just spent 6 days at the Aloft. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and always pleasant. We had a pool swim up room. I wouldn’t get this room again as the pool area is all closed in and it does feel a bit closed in. Although the hotel was lovely I did feel a bit out of the way. "

"This was the worsr experience of our lives. This hotel was incredibly noisy, to the point that we had a terrible headache after the first night. The fridge was making horrible noises and there was some weird bubbling coming up from the toilet. The breakfast was horrible and the staff were unhelpful. "To improve: Gym facilities not equipped. Not a major issue, but given that it is advertised as "gym", it should have minimum equipment, besides bycicle and threadmill. Beach area in proximity of the resort is a construction zone, will certainly be more attractive once works completed. Pros: Great clubs and bars walking distance. 15/20 mins drive to either Canggu and/or Seminyak centres. Hotel is great, clean, quiet. Staff are attentive. I would definitely visit again."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Water in bathroom smelt and outdoor kitchen wasn't clean enough to use but didn't intend to cook anyway, luckily. It was a lovely place to stay. Pool was amazing.
