"Stayed in a Junior Suite. Only given 1 key card. Told too busy didn't have spare. Had to ask for hand/small towels - again "busy" would give if they had any. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very basic - we went out for breakfast. Staff all very nice, polite and friendly but all very young. Nobody senior seemed to be in charge. Overall reasonable hotel. Would stay again but not in a hurry."

"We have just spent 6 days at the Aloft. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and always pleasant. We had a pool swim up room. I wouldn’t get this room again as the pool area is all closed in and it does feel a bit closed in. Although the hotel was lovely I did feel a bit out of the way. "

Beach area in proximity of the resort is a construction zone, will certainly be more attractive once works completed. Pros: Great clubs and bars walking distance. 15/20 mins drive to either Canggu and/or Seminyak centres. Hotel is great, clean, quiet. Staff are attentive. I would definitely visit again."
