"Stayed in a Junior Suite. Only given 1 key card. Told too busy didn't have spare. Had to ask for hand/small towels - again "busy" would give if they had any. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very basic - we went out for breakfast. Staff all very nice, polite and friendly but all very young. Nobody senior seemed to be in charge. Overall reasonable hotel. Would stay again but not in a hurry."

"Beautiful villa to stay in, the room and pool was really really nice! One piece of criticism I do have is that when leaving the room we were often asked by every single employee "Where are you going?" Hearing that once is endearing, twice is a coincidence, three then four times was a little much considering the walk to the street was only maybe 2 minutes long. "We have just spent 6 days at the Aloft. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and always pleasant. We had a pool swim up room. I wouldn’t get this room again as the pool area is all closed in and it does feel a bit closed in. Although the hotel was lovely I did feel a bit out of the way. "
