Shower wasn’t very hot, food was ok, limited menu and you can’t alter the menu in any way You can’t lie around the pool so would only recommend this place to sleep. It’s on a very busy part of Batu Belig so forget car transport, scooters only. Positives: Room size was large, smart tv, comfortable bed"

"We actually booked the wrong night and although they clearly did not have our booking they let us have a room whilst they got to the bottom of it. After arrival we entered our room and showered. "Stayed in a Junior Suite. Only given 1 key card. Told too busy didn't have spare. Had to ask for hand/small towels - again "busy" would give if they had any. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very basic - we went out for breakfast. Staff all very nice, polite and friendly but all very young. Nobody senior seemed to be in charge. Overall reasonable hotel.
