"I’m a regular to this hotel since November 2024. The room I used to stay is on the fifth floor. The rooms on the 5th floor have been great. Room I got this time on second floor, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. All in all it’s a good hotel, clean, bed and shower are great."

"This is the second time I have stayed here while on business, the staff are so friendly, the room is nice and spacious and bathroom nice and clean. Location is great with a short walk to restaurants and cafes and also the large shopping centre and train station also a easy walk. My only suggestion would be a mini fridge in the room and also laundry facility would be a nice to have. The free parking is also very handy. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff in this hotel were really lovely - in the bar, reception, breakfast, they could not be faulted. The rooms were slightly tired and needed a little bit of work but the beds were super comfortable and I had a lovely nights sleep. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. I was staying at this hotel for a birthday party and the hotel provided the food. The food was excellent with a great variety for the buffet."

"This is now our third visit to this hotel and it is our go-to hotel in Basingstoke. You cannot ask for more helpful, kindly and welcoming staff. They always go the extra mile. Professional, pro-active, engaged with our needs. Great location on the outer ring road, conveniently located for snacking outlets (M & S food, Asda) offering great picnic food. Rooms are clean, well-lit and well designed. Good sound insulation between rooms, excellent sound insulation from the outside, so zero traffic...

"Clean and tidy. Heating was playing up but we had extra heaters in our room and were perfectly cosy. The bathroom had a couple of minor faults and we had particularly loud neighbours but all in all pleasant experience. Food good and service excellent.. "

"It’s a quiet hotel in a rural area so not exactly ’buzzing’. As it’s an older building with add-ons finding your way to some bedrooms can be a story. It’s all fine, but not exactly a memorable experience. "
