Lovely stay. There were a few little details that didn't spoil our stay but were noticeable like minor repairs needed, soap empty in bathroom and not all pre-ordered items were made available. Would still recommend for a good value stay. Lots of places to eat and drink in area so we didn't try bar/restaurant.

The hotel is in a quiet area and walking distance to town centre and eating places. Disappointed with a small room with no windows just a skylight, considering the hotel is not full. We paid extra for breakfast which is ok, but could do with a coffee machine as the coffee was tasteless and weak in a cheap metal jug - not in a 4 star hotel. The bartender was friendly and helpful.

The staff were really friendly, and the room and spa lovely. Had a one night stay and was the perfect break for us. Easy walk to great shops, then back for a lovely spa and food etc. We will definitely return.
