"I loved this hotel, especially the view of the river, the swans, the bridge, just beautiful! Great breakfast buffet too that was included in the price. I really like the location too, plenty of things to walk to, a half a block from the train station, short walk to the castle. The only thing I found kind of strange, was that there didn't seem to be an elevator to the upper floors? I could be wrong and they just took me up the stairs, but that was the only odd thing. I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!"

"This hotel is in a good location. It's a short walk from the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the high street. The room was a good size. The only issue I had was the aircon was very noisy and sounded like it was breaking, so I turned it off when I went to bed. Dinner at the Alfred's was very good, as were the breakfast options. The blonde woman at the front desk was also very friendly and professional. I would stay here again and recommend it to others."
