"Traveled to the area for a wedding. Stayed here with family also from out of town. All were happy with the beautiful space. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Convenient to restaurants, historic areas, shopping. Jerry was very attentive and always available. Would highly recommend."

"The toilet was dirty and the towel has hair on it…the neighborhood noisy. Communication for check in and out was helpful. Was an ok stay but was not worth the cleaning fee that is added onto the stay."

"Our stay was brief but we feel rested. We love the giant mirror in the living room and the furnace kept us warm. Also, the street was amazingly quiet for being so close to South Street.We'll definitely be back!"

"I was enjoying my stay until a family of eight came.. loud banging and multiple people in a one bedroom is insane I literally had my tv on the highest setting just to block the noise otherwise than that I would book again "

"The stay was great! We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and it couldn't have been easier. It was clean and spacious. The owner is also great about communicating if there are any issues. The only difficult thing was finding parking (street parking) but considering the location that is normal. Thank you so much for making our stay in Philly comfortable! "
