Hotel was just opposite Northfields tube station so ideal and convenient for what we wanted to do. Only down side was the station has no escalators/lift, but only has one set of stairs to platform. All staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant looked nice but we did not sample the menu as we had a booking in the West End."
