"Amazing stay with my family - used this as a meet up spot for my extended family coming from Australia and other areas of UK for a big family holiday. Hotel is very luxurious with exceptionally helpful staff. Pool great. Bars and restaurants without fault. Breakfast buffet is superb. Lucky to be upgraded to a loft suite which was out of this world. Access to own private checkin and concierge with own breakfast and high tea dining facility which we only used once as the main breakfast buffet was so sumptuous. This will be my regular go to from now on when in Bkk. "

"TV 32"size is too small. WC is too low and electrical sockets for charging devices too few. In summary, hotel assets are dated. Otherwise an excellent layover. Fifth stay over 3 years."

"Massive thank you to W Bangkok team for making our stay the best trip my partner and I ever had. To break things down 1) location - there are so many coffee shops, rooftop bars, restaurants, spas, malls, night markets in the area all within walkable distance 2) facilities - everything is great quality and lots of small but noticeable details that make the experience beyond just good. Our favourites were the gym (ginger juicy and cold eucalyptus cold towels). The pool, with fun floaties, great view, and fun regular events like the ice plunge and the sun chasers pool party 3) W restaurants - tipsy cow and the house of suthorn were our favourites in the area. The W breakfast is a must try 4) staff - put in a ton of effort to go above and beyond, and accommodated multiple requests we had during our stay. Friendly and helpful. "
