"Oh wow! We caught ourselves saying this so often, whether walking inside the atrium, into our room, or out on our balcony. WE stayed 1 full week in mid November, 2024. The staff was beyond what we were accustomed to (our first trip to asia), anywhere. And we travel very often. "The lounge on the 27th floor is in the evenings completely overcrowded and resembles a pub. The snacks seem low end. For breakfast it is the opposite, nice atmosphere and great selection of food. The rooms are small and dark, seems they save on electricity, a bit depressing. "
