"I love the staff here, and the rooms are big and spacious. The overall hotel is a bit run down however. Needs paint, furniture upgrades in most of the bars and restaurants, the elevators are always down and it’s frustrating to wait for the only working one in a 64 floor tower. Expedia VIP/Gold status means zero here. They do not recognize those “perks” or give them. Again the staff is amazing. "アジアティーク方面にチャオプラヤー川を見渡すバルコニー（椅子・テーブル付き）があり、非常に快適です。BTSの駅にも近く、ホテルに隣接して、ショッピングモール（スーパーマーケット）、フードコート、屋台もあります。改装もされており（ほぼ終了）、非常に快適です。スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーで親切にしてくれます。改装後は、洗濯機が部屋から原則なくなってしまった（2ベットルームのタイプにはあるようです）ので、長期滞在の場合、コインランドリーか、Soi2本、北に上がったところにある洗濯屋さんに行くか、、ホテル内のランドリーサービスを利用するかになりますが、洗濯屋さんは、長期滞在の欧米人が多いスクンビットの繁華街とと比べると割高の価格設定になってますね。"
