"This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in a while. The complimentary shuttle arrived quickly, and the ride from the airport was very short. Check-in was quick and easy. I received a really convenient room with complimentary water, which had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I had a late dinner at the onsite restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I had wanted to go out, but I was tired, and I regret nothing. The meal was on par with the best restaurants, if not better, in my opinion. The included breakfast I had the next morning was also delicious and kept me full all day long. Having a UPS location in the hotel was a major benefit for me, as I was able to collect an important package the next morning with zero hassle. After that, checkout was quick and easy, and I was able to get a shuttle to the Port of Miami at a great price. The staff I encountered were nice, friendly, and accommodating, and they had all the answers to my questions. Lastly, I must mention the delicious chocolate chip cookies. They provided them generously, and I ended up buying three tins to take home with me. Overall, whenever I’m in Miami for business or pleasure, I will definitely be staying at this hotel.."

"Great property, only complaint is the elevators from the lobby down to the beach & bar were out of service our whole trip. Got pretty tired of walking 2 flights of stairs but i guess it was good for us. There also isn't a lunch or evening restaurant, only breakfast. Other than that, really liked the property. "

"This hotel is wonderful for both kids and adults. There’s a gorgeous pool and a beautiful restaurant on property. We stayed here the night before we left on a cruise and super comfortable. Lastly, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. "
