"This was a perfect location for my girls getaway! We were close to amazing food and central to all the important LA neighborhoods we wanted to visit. The property itself was very clean! The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. "The property I originally poked was canceled by the host because of a leak. He offered another property in the same building. When I arrived in the new offered property I was hit in the face with a HORRIBLE smell coming from the dishwasher. "Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"We stayed at this property for 5 nights on a recent trip to LA, primarily for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios. The apartment was very clean and felt very secure. I didn't see any foot traffic around the property when we were there, which always makes me feel more secure. All the appliances are nice and both beds (including the sofa bed with mattress topper) were comfortable. Our only minor issue with the place was that it felt very dark. I think that is due to it being a first floor...

"We loved our stay! Easy to find and close to the freeway. Plenty of restaurant options and a grocery store near by. The place was spick-and-span with cozy bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and gathering space. The second bathroom was definitely a bonus, and the rooftop pool with views of the city was a real treat for us tourists. Would certainly recommend to a friend. "
