"The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies. "

It is very convenient to entertainment and dining options in Hollywood, has excellent freeway access and is only a 9 minute drive from my office in Burbank. The rooms are cute and spacious and very comfortable. I love the glamorous old Hollywood theme and the food in Clark’s diner is great. I will come back often for when I must be I. The city I for in-person meetings."

"The staff was very friendly. We ate at the revolving lounge and the atmosphere was nice. The only negative thing about the dining was the men's room door would shut so loudly. It was annoying to hear it while we were eating. The room was nice - great view of the city and the Hollywood sign. They do need to update the connecting on the TV in the room. "
