"WARNING - This location will take a $250 deposit per stay and return it after your departure BUT can take more than 24 days for the deposit return. The pool at this facility is very small and 3 feet deep so very limited for workouts. If you like to sleep in this is not possible beyond 8 am due to the neighboring construction noise. "VERY NOISY - the property isn't advertised as being across the street and above an outdoor nightclub, but it is. On the first night we returned home exhausted to hear and feel the room vibrate from the club booming away across the street. It continued on throughout the night till 4am and then re-started for the cleaning up at 8am. The place is let by Pelican Residences (who aren't supposed to sub-let through Airbnb, we were asked not to enter through reception to avoid awkward questions). ...
