When I arrived in the new offered property I was hit in the face with a HORRIBLE smell coming from the dishwasher. I came there for one night stay with my kid and his basketball family for a tournament. So when we arrived we needed to cook and get them fed and in bed ready for the nest morning. "A group of us rented this vrbo for a weekend trip after a conference. We were able to fit 9 people, though it was snug and people shared beds. The check in process would have been easy if we had been given the correct address (I’m not sure if this is normal as this is my first rented vrbo). We were routed to a motel and had to call the owner to ask for the correct address. We had to buy our own laundry detergent for laundry, and had to search for the bath towels before showering (tho did find...

"Great location. The host provided detailed information about the unit and parking and was responsive to questions and suggestions. The unit provided all the basics we needed for our short stay. Definitely consider it as an option on our next visit to LA. "

"Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star."

"I booked knowing I was getting a good rate for being a new listing. I was overall satisfied with my stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. However, the property still needs some basic amenities (such as forks) and has overstock of others (full set of steak knives). Not sure if the heaters are working and this did impact some comfortability. The place is easy to access."

Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here."
