"Clean and appeared new. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice open floor plan. Enjoyed the lake view. House was as advertised. Weather a bit cool to enjoy the wrap around porch but house provided nice windows to enjoy the view from inside."

"My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to the pillow and/or mattress and/or the sheets to the extent that her eyes and face swelled. Highly recommend the pillows and/or sheeting material be hypoallergenic. Since I lived within 10 minutes of this VRBO, I was able to provide other pillows and pillowcases."

Very clean, great location - view of lake, surrounding hills... 3 floors, bedrooms on top, living room & kitchen in center, and playroom, outlet to back yard/barbecue, and washer/dryer on bottom. - 2 1/2 bathrooms one per floor. Range, dishwasher, full size fridge, seasonings, coffee maker, seasonings, dishes/pots/pans... TV programs were easy to use and good variety. We recommend it highly!!! And we shall return... "My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"
