Two bedrooms had king sized beds and all had memory foam beds (a big plus compared to other rentals we have stayed in). "Overall, it was a fine stay for two nights while we visited RIT and U of Rochester. The house was the perfect size for our family of four and conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from each school. Communication with the host, Cheryl, was very good and she was responsive and checked in frequently. The only issue related to some cleanliness of towels and sheets, which should probably be replaced. Otherwise, the home had a clean kitchen and bathrooms and we appreciated staying there. "
