"Had a wonderful stay here; the house was clean and well-located/super close to food, groceries, take-out, pharmacy, etc. The bed arrangements worked out perfectly for our 4 kids and ourselves, and the host was super responsive in getting back to me right away with any questions we had. A private driveway for parking was a huge bonus and a charging station in the kitchen to charge phones, etc was a lovely added touch. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A perfect getaway for a long weekend or more. Perfect location by a secluded beach community on Lake Ontario near Rochester NY. Excellent amenities- very comfortable beds, linens, tissues (never at any VRBO I have stayed at), excellent kitchen resources. Very comfortable living room couch. We will be rebooking for long weekends or more again!!"

"We booked at the last minute and needed room for a large group . The host was very easy to work with . We spent one night in an awful rental and needed to move due to the poor condition of the property . My family was very happy with the new location . The setting was beautiful and the house was great !"

"We just needed somewhere to lay our heads at night while visiting our college daughter for a few days and this fit the bill. Safe area, very clean, and just as described. We are clean and tidy when we leave but I really appreciated that I didn’t have a huge list of chores I needed to do before we checked out! "

"We enjoyed our stay at the lake house for 3 nights in late October. Traveling from NYC as a couple with a 5 year old kid. While there we even managed to visit the magnificent Niagara Falls, which is only 1.5 hrs away! The house itself was clean bright minimalistic and very spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the white towels and white linens - you can see and smell how clean and fresh they are. Our kid loved the toy closet. "Clean and appeared new. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice open floor plan. Enjoyed the lake view. House was as advertised. Weather a bit cool to enjoy the wrap around porch but house provided nice windows to enjoy the view from inside."

"Cozy apt to crash at for the night. Clean bathroom w/ fresh towels, comfy bed, and plenty of outlets to charge my devices. So thankful for the iron board and iron in the closet; came in clutch. Owner was excellent at communicating; appreciate all his hard work in making my stay so easy :)"

"The house was just as described, very comfortable and well cared for. We had every amenity we could need. I appreciated the hanging rack with hangers in the bedroom when I did laundry and could hang items to dry. The empty shed was perfect to store our bicycles. The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us. "
