"The room,location, staff all very helpful and friendly. Couldn't find any nz tv news channels on the TV which was a bit hard to come to grips with.One major problem was the fringe, it was in a cubby hole and was unable to funcion properly with the temperature being hot and the cutlery drawer very hot so the only way to get the temp down was to pull it out and leave it on the floor. Personally I think that with it working overtime I think it could be a fire risk."

"Room was nice. Walking distance to the waterfront, but it’s a climb back up. Kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately there was construction right in front of the hotel (not their fault at all) which made access very confusing and difficult. The hotel sent information in advance, but until you are there trying to navigate it, you don’t really understand. "

"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "
