She then had to find parking which she was charged for and has sent various emails to try to get a refund for this and no answer. Watch out for hidden 3.5% surcharge on your card which is only mentioned on you have confirmed your booking - and after they've taken your money. There is a $105 cleaning charge which is ok for a long stay but not for a few nights. There is no service during your stay. Make sure you ring the 'onsite manager' (yeah right - they are at least 10mins away). Dont bother trying the Hotel staff they wont want to know as it is...
