"We liked our stay, communication was amazing from the confirmation phone call to checking in and out, very prompt and hassle free. Not for people who want a quiet location to stay in, as it is apartments where people live and are just living their lives, which we didn't mind at all, we loved seeing all the city hustle and bustle and enjoyed watching all the people getting around the city/area. The room was good for a 1 night stay. The only downside was, walking into the room and it smelt like...

"The hotel is so convenient. Right on Queen St so very accessible to Britomart, shopping and the viaduct. Close to the SkyDrive airport bus too. Room was very clean and the housekeeping staff very lovely and helpful. Salt water pool was great and the gym small but good. Unfortunately not restaurant but as your right in the city, finding somewhere to eat/drink was very easy."
