"Stayed twice in one week in different room types. Executive Studio okay for overnight but quite small so recommend upgrading to Master Studio as bigger and has kitchen. Avoid unit numbers 1 - 2 as right behind reception and has wall directly outside windows. Will definitely stay again, great value for money and beds super comfortable. No issues with cleanliness or bugs mentioned in other reviews. "

"When i booked, a necessity was a ground floor unit and they rang to confirm that was done. On check in the host was super friendly and polite. Unit was clean and tidy. Convenient location too"

"Motel has a lower star rating but was convenient for my purpose of a Greenlane clinical center appointment, was able to walk to it, and the price was good. Was also walking distance to shop in Newmarket. No problems locating parking spaces for me. Would use this motel again. Regards, Ron."
