Toilet smells of urine even after housekeeping, otherwise it’s ok. All necessary amenities were provided, including refillable drinks and snacks. Room also comes with microwave and a separate kitchen sink. "

"Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation...
