"This was a fantastic hotel in Bangkok. The hotel rooms are huge, very comfy, and has great views. The staff are very friendly! One thing to note is that the pool is pretty much shaded from noon onward, so if you’re looking to chill by the pool to get some sun you may need to do that in the morning. Overall would recommend."

"Hotel’s service was excellent. The view was spectacular. Besides, coziness in the room is great. However, balcony is not secured enough. There should be two chairs provided to sit in stead of just one. Overall it’s a great experience to stay in downtown. "

"The service was absolutely impeccable. I had hurt my foot pretty badly the night before my trip I was able to get ice to ice. It was able to get a wheelchair. The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel is in a very accessible part of Bangkok central to everything. It sits above a mall and it has its own food court. We did get head neck and shoulder massages at the spa, which was fantastic "
