"Initially, we had a room with a deep tub with shower, which we found difficult to get in and out of. The hotel was very accommodating and gave us another room with a shower only, which was much easier to use. The room was very clean, and well laid out. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ahead of our visit to Bangkok, we booked, through the hotel, a private car for pickup at the airport when we arrived and a car again to the airport for our departure. We also arranged, through the hotel, private cars to various locations in Bangkok that we wanted to visit. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We enjoyed sitting on the pool deck late afternoon, and then dinner in the hotel restaurant."
