Staff are so nice and helpful. Breakfast is fabulous, as are the restaurants.......if anyone finds fault with the Royal Garden Hotel they must be very hard to please......"

"This place gets bad press from people who expect The Ritz! Just returned from a few days away, the location of the hotel is fantastic, a few steps away from Queensway Underground, just over the road from Kengsington Gardens (which we enjoyed a walk around in the morning and grabbed breakfast and a coffee spotting the parrots) the location is brilliant and easy to get to and from any time! Hotel is clean, beds comfortable and staff great. Yes, the place could do with touching up here and there...
