"Great hotel for costuming universal studios with a family. We stayed in the under water themed rooms overlooking universal walk and the park. Staff were very friendly with fantastic English. They had our bags waiting for us in the room and helped us ship them to the next hotel upon checkout. The staff had stickers for the kids, the cutest peanuts toothbrushes/kid sized slippers/teddy pjs in the lobby, plus animal sponges in the room. Such lovely touches! "The staff was helpful in arranging for early morning transportation to the airport and support with my luggage to my room. I had extra suitcases because I was traveling following a work event. I wish the rooms were slightly larger so that larger suitcases could open. However, the rooms were clean and felt new, which was nice and relaxing. Heat and lights are controlled by a keypad next to the bed. I had 1 overnight stay, so I didn't stay long enough to use all the amenities. It was easy to get...

"The room we chose for this part of our stay was huge in relation to normal Japanese hotel rooms. We were able to comfortably lay out our 4 suitcases to help pack our purchases for our journey home. This room even had a sitting area where you could relax. (Actually, this review is for the latter part of our stay, not for this part when we had a smaller room). "This is our second trip to Japan and decided to stay near the Shin-Osaka train station, within 9 minutes of walking distance. easy access to all locations. The area around hotel has limited shopping, however, at the train station we found over 30 restaurants, shopping, etc. The morning breakfast at the hotel is an absolute plus. A variety of delicious foods for all and great staff. We highly recommend it. We did use the on-site ONSEN and loved it. There were also other amenities like pajamas, personal items like lotion, etc. I love trying these out when we go the hotels in Japan. Our room was comfortable and modern. We would highly recommend this hotel and area."
