While the hotel was not filthy, they were definitely lax in taking care of the floors. There was discarded pieces of paper and food wrappers in parts of the hotel (stairwell, corner, next to front desk) that were not cleaned up the entire time we were there. "The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok, one morning there was no milk, oj or waffle mix to make waffles but there was sausage, gravy, eggs, etc. The bathroom in the was tiny. The room did have a good sized tv with local channels, the reg cable channels, hbo and showtime. For the most part, our stay was good. The concessions are expensive though."

"We loved staying at the Windsor hotel. It was a beautiful, carefully curated space that met our needs and exceeded our expectations. From the real dishes in the kitchen, to the convenience of a washer dryer, it was well stocked and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive; they just weren’t always there which is why that’s four stars."

"Visited a month after TS Helene came thru Asheville. I think the hotel is doing remarkably well for resolution it. I found it very convenient to downtown with plentiful parking. Hope to visit again when the situation has normalized in Asheville. Thank you for the hospitality!"
