Very value for money. Room is big for its price. Good breakfast. Clean room. There is a short-distance walk (about 6-8 minutes) from Shin Osaka Station but managed to locate it easily with the instruction from hotel. Enjoyed the stay.

Great hotel a couple of blocks from the Shin Osaka station so it makes traveling around Osaka very easy. Hotel is modern and very clean. Free breakfast is a nice bonus too. Definitely stay here next time your in Osaka.

We always enjoy our stays at this hotel. Loved the room and the common area as usual. The staff members are friendly. The proximity to Shin-Osaka Station is great (JR, Subway, Shinkansen & Airport Bus). There are many restaurants around. Will come back again!

Not very luxurious, but totally adequate for our needs. Not enough pillows, but front desk provides more upon request. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Hotel is very near Shin-Osaka station which is very convenient. Our room was on the back side of the building, hence above the train tracks. We didn't mind the train noise at all, and kind of missed it after we left.

It’s a good thing that breakfast is included otherwise it’s 711 and that’s it. Or walk back to the train station and find something there. The breakfast is funny- spaghetti and sweet meatballs is not what I’d call breakfast. Sticking to the daily rice, scrambled eggs, salad and daily soups is best. Limited salty meats- no ham or bacon- cocktail wieners out of a can is all there is. Mini croissants, rolls and yogurt and canned fruit are available for more European palates. You can’t find fresh fruit anywhere around. Unlimited access to coffee tea 24/7 is great. Rooms are clean but of course toilets could be cleaner- lots of dust accumulating in the toilet seat lid hinge and around the base of the toilet floor.

Location is fairly close (10 min walk), but don’t trust Google maps to give you good directions to get there from Shin-Osaka Station. Take the South Gate to get to the correct side. Do not exit the East Gate, which will take you on the opposite side of the railroad tracks.
