"Really handy place to stay. Rooms were clean, housekeeping staff were really lovely and they have water machines in the hall to fill up your water bottles. Rooms were a little tired and worn but everything worked and reception was helpful and efficient. While there was a tesco, Greggs and costa just 2 mins away, the area just out of the uni campus felt very unsafe. But perfect location for central Birmingham, especially if you need parking. "It was an amazing experience with the little ones.. Never seen such clean rooms in london till now . Staff was helpful and understanding too which you hardly get anywhere.. We did late checkout request as my toddler was unwell and been to hospital too ,came home in the morning so for her good sleep we requested late checkout and they allowed us with a smile ."

"Really happy with the welcome from the reception, The ambiance of the hotel was excellent. Parking was easy too. We got a drink at the bar but all the tables were set up with cutlery and menus. The seating was set up for dining only, I would have preferred a comfy armchair, or a ‘snug’ to rest in after a busy day. We had no choice but to go back to our room. There was a room with 4 chairs. But not at all welcoming. Detached and cold, One felt as though you were in the naughty room. Lovely nights...
