The staff was very friendly and helpful- let us check in early, watched our luggage both before checking in and the day we checked out. "The suite had two very large bedrooms each with a TV, two large bathrooms, a living room with TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was super clean. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. There’s a convenience store and a restaurant just across the street and you can get take out The location is excellent. I stayed there 4 years ago and loved it - and loved it all over again this time! Couldn’t have made a better choice!!"

"The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff is welcoming. Its central location in Polanco makes it a walkable location for exploring the area. While the beds are on the firmer side, some may find that preferable but for me it was too firm. The water pressure from the main shower head is quite weak and splatters water in different directions, so I had to rely on the handheld option, and it took about 15 minutes for the water to heat up.
