"The noise from the traffic outside is considerable, even on the 6th floor. The windows are not double glazed and therefore the noise of trucks etc can be louder than a TV in the room. The “industrial” decor isn’t to everyone’s taste, but overall I found it comfortable. If you’re there for Day of the Dead, it is also close to the start of the parade (2024). "

"I had to ask for another room because the shower curtain was too short. When taking a shower water covered the floor where the toilet was. I had to wipe the water up wth a towel. The hotel staff understands very little english. When moved to another room, I didn’t have pots which I had in the first room. When I received a pot, it was removed the next day. I had to request another one. There were very few guests at the location. We were there 5 days and I think we only saw only two other guests....

"Place does not exist. I got there, called them 100 5, I called Expdia multiple times, they called the owner, and there was no answer. However, after being in the phone with Expedia for over an hour , Expedia told me that they were going to charge me for it. I told them that they place does not exist. Instead of offering to help me book another place, they were more worried about the fees. I had to book another hotel . I was traveling with my family. This was an ordeal and I would expect...
