"Lack of customer service. A lady didn't do the courtesy of informing me and my wife she worked there and if we needed anything, which we did. Coffee grinder wasn't working, most likely its missing a piece or its simply very old and not working, zero cell service and property doesn't offer their wifi info so there was NO WAY of contacting the office. The only reason i realized she worked there was after I Noticed her stopping by the other cabins. The main house is up the road but our driveway...
