"Spacious king suite with a huge balcony. Room showed some wear and tear but was quite comfortable. 2 steps up to the bathroom area created concern those steps would be missed. Staff went above and beyond to meet any requests. Food was delicious. Spoke some English."

"The good: The hotel is very very clean, sleek and modern. The bad: it is sterile and lifeless. Common areas are uninviting and empty. Rooms are much nicer! Bed is haaaard, but we rested well. The breakfast is very good, the restaurant staff is attentive and nice. The Bad: THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS HORRIBLE. Condescending, never smiles, never a 'good morning'. Very snubby.
