Lovely hotel. Even though it’s more of a business hotel, they still have that vacation feel. The pool is small but very clean, they have staff there taking care of it all day. The Staff throughout the hotel were all just so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet had lots of healthy options and delicious food overall. Clean rooms, and love the shower water pressure !!

Not a 5 star hotel at all. Holiday inn 2 star hotels are in better shape and offer to clients than this hotel. Not worth paying the “5 star” price. Beds are also super cheap and uncomfortable

Overall, a nice hotel. But you need to improve the rooms soundproofing. Fortunately I didn’t hear too much noise because my floor wasn’t fully booked, but you could easily tell what others were speaking in the hall, or hear coughing in other rooms. The crib we were provided smelled..

Our stay at the NH Collection Medellin Royal was good. The friendly staff, especially Marcos and Carlos hotel security, made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds had an extra firm (hard) mattress, so when we mentioned it to the front desk on the last night of our stay of a total of 7 days, they provided us with a Mattress Topper, improving the hardness of this a little and modern decor. We particularly loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the city's main attractions. The breakfast buffet has a limited variety of foods. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellin.
