I love the fact that the hotel shares the same building with Cacique's shopping mall: you have all services you require without venturing too far. For those who enjoy running or are traveling for business this is the place, only few meters from the athletics stadium and Bucaramanga's convention center. I would come back every time I had the chance.

People are very polite, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is located on top of a shopping center with a wide variety of products from clothing to shoe stores, a movie theater, a casino, and food court.
