The hotel is beautiful and very spacious the rooms. Service is nice. But if you stay in the 11 floor you will hear all the chair noises moving. The beds are really hard. Wake up with back pain. The rest is fine.

Very nice area, safe, clean, friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent and delicious, many options. They need to update the amenities, there is no laundry in the property. I like to do my own laundry.

Noise from across the street from 9pm-11am. No one could sleep and when I called at 6am to ask about the noise, the front desk said they could do nothing about it because it was an Airb&b and they paid to stay there and could do whatever they wanted. We were on the 10th floor and this was a horrible experience. Everyone was talking about it at breakfast the following day but no management or anyone could tell us anything or apologize.
