"The staff is incredible. Super friendly. Before our trip they txt us and set up transportation from the airport to the Charlie. It was excellent service. Arriving welcome drinks. Every day at 6:00 we were surprised with happy hour drinks at our room from a bartender mixing whatever you’d like. So much fun. The breakfast was phenomenal.. The rooftop party was excellent. The Gym incredible. We had a beautiful room and a great experience."

"I love the fact that the hotel shares the same building with Cacique's shopping mall: you have all services you require without venturing too far. For those who enjoy running or are traveling for business this is the place, only few meters from the athletics stadium and Bucaramanga's convention center.
