"A wonderful boutique hotel, with an excellent location. It was so artfully decorated and I perfect condition. But what makes it stand out was the staff who treated my wife and I as if we were family. I had a mild health episode while there. They found medical attention and there concern was sincere. "interesting Hostel, very much like been at your house. Is like one of those Hostels that you always want to find. A lots of friendly people, making friends, Close to everything I would go back anytime I'm in Colombia. I think most of the Hostels i go, i always worry about my staff. Not in this Hostel. Because i had my private room. The breakfast was delicious. I like the private tours they offer, those tours are affordable and fun."

"We stayed for 5 nights, enjoyed the hostel and Bogota. Candelos is situated in the old city, close to transmileno station Las Aguas, short walk to banks, museums, shops and bars. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area also. Staff are friendly and helpful, most speak decent english. Wifi is good and hostel has 24h reception and a beer fridge. "This was such an inconvenience, when we got there The hotel was permanently closed. We found ourselves in a different country without a place to stay, I cant believe Expedia still advertises this hotel and dpes not even investigates if places are legit.
