"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was tasy and well presented. There was a problem with the radiators in our room, but the hotel gave us a fan heater. There was no hook on the bathroom door. This needed to be replaced. We had a room looking out onto the main road, but it was not noisy. "I arrived on New Years Eve, but the property hadn't warned me that the only food option was a three course meal at £44.50. Similarly on New Years Day, I went early for dinner at 6.15 to be told the kitchen closed at 6. No one had alerted me to the early closure. They did make me some Tapas. If I had known I would have eaten elsewhere before returning to hotel. The food on New Years Day was excellent, I just didn't want to spend that much money. "
