"This was the perfect place to stay, especially for my mum who has some mobility issues. No stairs, large rooms and good walk in shower. For my dad right beside the excellent golf course and your own putting green right outside the lodge. We loved it! Reception so helpful, will will be back, Thank you"

"This place was described as quirky in the listing and it was! But more charming than quirky. We loved it and our stay there. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all you need for a long stay. It’s also conveniently located in the village of Fordingbridge and close to many sites whether you travel north, south, east or west. The host could not be more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone for a long or short stay."

Firstly I must mention the friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of Dianna from the moment we arrived. Secondly use of the tennis court and equipment was a highlight of our holiday. "The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower. "
