"Stayed here for an 80th birthday celebration. Very well equipped property with lovely rooms. Lovely kitchen area and conservatory room offering a great space for all being together. Enjoyed the hot tub and the children loved the play area. Would recommend for a large group/party. "

"There were 20 of us from 17-93 for this 70th birthday weeklong celebration. The house was beautiful, very well appointed and although grand felt like home. Plenty to enjoy in the lovely grounds - tennis matches/ croquet / hot tub under the stars. Very helpful housekeeper swiftly tackled any minor issues. We had the most amazing time."

"Paid £74 for a room with no kettle or TV, and wasn't even ensuit, so for me the price was about £24 too much, the bathroom was right next to my room, and the girl in another room was in and out to the bathroom all night, and then decided she was going to have a shower at 6.30am and then dry her hair, the room was comfortable and there was a kitchen and TV downstairs but nowhere to sit and watch TV as. The 1 armchair was covered in laundry and I didn't fancy sitting on a stool at the kitchen...

"We had a great family weekend here. The home was extremely well positioned, just off the High Street, so convenient for shopping and restaurants. It is located down a narrow lane, at the end of which is a parking bay for one car. We found everything we needed for 5, cooking and eating in the house, as well as in local restaurants.
