"We had a great stay at Barcelo reforma. The staff was always very friendly and attentive to help. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had a great view of the city. Breakfast was included and it was great as it had lots of options! The servers and the omelette lady were very nice with my family. The hotel has a tour agency on site and booking the tours was the easiest I have ever seen. The hotel had proper ramps and elevators for wheelchairs. The pool was closed but the sauna wasn’t. Great experience. "

"I was pleased with my stay at the Geneve Hotel. The room was conveniently near the stairwell for easy access to the lobby and was kept clean daily. The staff were very friendly, especially the concierge team. I would stay again if given a more spacious room with better lightly."
