"Our 3 night stay was lovely. A great location that is quiet and not far from local transportation to take you to the main tourist destinations of Kyoto. The daily breakfast buffet was amazing and nightly refreshments. My only word of caution for those staying in the Japanese style rooms - the mattresses are firm and can be a bit uncomfortable, however it’s not a dealbreaker. "Nice hotel and location in Kyoto. Easy to get to the trains and very central to get to all the tourist spots. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. The common space was beautiful and it was a pleasant surprise to get free coffee/ tea/ soft drinks during specific hours of the day. One issue we had was the temperature control with our room being either too hot or cold. "This hotel isn't a far walk from Kyoto Station which was very convenient. A good amount of food options nearby. The staff was very friendly with the breakfast buffet having a good amount of options. I wish there was a self-laundry site but they do offer laundry services."

"Great location, great room - You can't ask for more"

"Very close to train stations. Was more than enough room for us with a family with a 1 and 4 year old. Especially like having the washer/dryer in the room and ability to cook. Nespresso machine was nice to have as well. Staff are all very friendly and professional - very kind to our kids. The noise from the street outside can be heard at times, but it didn't disrupt our sleep at all. We would stay again. "
