"The self check in was stressful as we didn’t get the supposed email with check in codes. But once we sent in for the codes, it went pretty smoothly."

"We stayed in this property for five nights and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and had all of the things we needed for a great stay in Kyoto. I’ll focus on two of our biggest needs as a family of four - transportation and food. Transportation - bus stops right outside and across the street. Umekoji-Kyotonishi station is an easy walk through the park, which is a slightly longer walk than just walking along the east-west road that is just a block north of the property. It’s...

"The place is smaller than in the picture. I actually found a lot hair on the bed. Overall is good though, really convenient location. "

"Great place to stay. "

"It was a 2nd floor place with the option of an elevator or stairs. 2 rooms had 3 twin beds and 3rd room had a double bed. The toilets were separate which we loved. My grand-daughter loved the tub which was oversized compared to a US Standard tub. The living room and dining rooms were spacious. It was a 5 minute or 15 minute walk to train station depending on which station you went to. The 7/11 was a few blocks away. It was awesome. We loved it."
