"It appears to be an older place, yet it was well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was great and Elaina was very personable and accommodating. They have a bar and a breakfast (for a cost), although I didn’t use either. It’s not a 5-star spit shine, but well worth a weekend stay. "

"An acceptable place to overnight for next day appointment at Shands Hospital. Close but traffic makes the trip to facility about 15 minutes. Least expensive for the area."

"While the property is somewhat dated, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and their breakfast is great! They have made to order omelets. We’ve stayed there twice now. It is our go to hotel when in Gainesville. The staff is super nice."
